Fatigue is routinely used to describe a range of ills, ranging from a generic state of lethargy to a specific sensation of heat in the muscles caused by hard work. Physiologically, “fatigue” describes the inability to continue working at normal capacity of staff due to perception expanded effort. Fatigue is ubiquitous in everyday life, but usually becomes particularly noticeable during exercises heavy.
Fatigue has two forms, one manifests as an inability to develop local muscular work and the other manifests itself as a comprehensive sense of a power failure, injury or systemic. Because of these two different facets of symptoms of fatigue, has been proposed that the causes of fatigue are seen in perspective “central” and “peripheral”.
Fatigue can be dangerous when performing tasks that require constant concentration, such as driving a vehicle. When a person is sufficiently fatigued, he or she may experience period’s micro-sleep (loss of concentration). There is no debate about the fact that the life is hard, busy and often stressful. Many people I know, especially single mothers, day after day, living with the feeling of fatigue. While I believe that we can never reach a place where we can do it through a day without feel tired, so some believe that our life be lived with a sense of appearance of fatigue unconquerable.
It is believed that the sensation of fatigue originates in the reticular activating system the base of the brain. Structures Musculoskeletal may have co-evolved with appropriate brain structures so that the entire work in a constructive and adaptive. The entire systems of muscles, joints, and proprioceptive and kinesthetic functions plus parts of the brain evolve and function together in a uniform.
A very general and common physical problem that occurs with both the boys and to girls during puberty is fatigue, or lack of energy. Body will be investing a large amount of its resources in the process of growth that will seem lacking energy for other activities during a certain period of time. This stage usually does not last long. However, that feeling tired is something you should expect. In fact, it should influence their behavior in two ways.
First you should sleep and get enough rest during the period of rapid physical growth. This need not always happy, though, because teenagers think they should no longer go to bed as early as when they were children. So stand up late and crawl the next day in a state of exhaustion. Believe it or not, a person of twelve or thirteen actually needs more rest than when I was nine or ten years, simply because of the acceleration in growth.
Secondly, the foods we eat are also very important during adolescence. Your body needs the raw materials to build these new muscle cells, bone and fibers that are in the plans. Hot dogs, cookies and soft drinks will not do. Will need to have a balanced diet during this period, it is much more important than when I was six or eight years. If you eat right during this period of growth, will pay the price in the form of various diseases and physical problems. Your body needs the vitamins minerals and protein needed to develop in several ways.
